At StepOne Neurodiversity Services, our mission is to prepare children, teens, and young adults with autism for learning and for life. It is our vision that children with autism should be successful both inside and outside the classroom. They should be able to enter the workforce when the time is right with a job that is enjoyable and rewarding. And they should have a social life, make friends, and find fulfillment that they desire!

All StepOne services and therapies are overseen by StepOne’s Clinical Director. Therapies will also be delivered by credentialed
and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
