Welcome to StepOne Neurodiversity Services, proudly serving families in the Richmond community. Our ABA Learning Center provides trusted Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy tailored for children with autism, including detailed assessments, individualized one-to-one and group therapy, and essential life skills training.
Our skilled clinicians perform thorough assessments to create customized treatment plans that address each child’s specific needs. These plans include comprehensive parent and caregiver training, offering practical strategies and resources to support progress. By utilizing evidence-based ABA methods, we aim to equip families to foster skill acquisition and meaningful advancement in everyday environments.

Our Richmond clinic includes thoughtfully designed spaces that inspire discovery and learning, such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) rooms, sensory-friendly areas, gross motor zones, and quiet reading corners. These supportive environments encourage children to develop important skills through engaging, hands-on experiences in a caring and positive atmosphere.
